We had a fabulous night, the food was the perfect temperature right to the very last person (me). The flavours were subtle and the pastry was crisp. Peter thought his crepes were delicious and wouldn’t share, not even a bite.

We served it so that people weren’t distracted from the pleasure of the tastebuds by our glassmaking demo.

Desserts were perfect and we allowed them to help themselves during a quiet moment in the making… much muffled consumption was happening!
